I think perhaps the most miraculous, underappreciated achievement of Andor is how it has conjured a grounded tone without undercutting the fantasy feel of the movies

Pretty Cat was on the way out on Friday - massively dehydrated, couldn’t pass solids, lost 1/10th of his bodyweight. Spent the weekend assuming this was the end. After a day on an IV he rebounded to this on Sunday & has now turned into a lapcat. Him & Chill fighting for space. Cutest, best problem.

For anyone who remembers me posting photos of my lovely Ba, here she is as a young woman with my grandfather. I feel uncertain about what it means to be able to have your entire life documented from birth for death but I’m always grateful for the photos at least

Mine was a simpler variant of this when I was a kid and would get upset about getting scars from cuts. Changed how I engaged with my body. Learning later the proper version is from Hunter S Thompson was very funny

The Passengers. Fascinating to watch (if slightly overshadowed by the woman in the audience who I think was On Something who constantly slow-clapped loudly and cheered and refused to leave when asked - DRAMA!)
