It's not as bad as people make out, with vscode and typescript it's actually quite a productive environment. I only use it for the client, with dotnet on the back end perf is great.

I'm sure you have experienced the same issue when trying to buy on US sites while in Australia 🤷‍♂️ - and don't get me started on stupid shipping costs when trying to ship to Australia, I often give up as the shipping costs more than the item I want to purchase 🤦‍♂️
