They could easily proving 6 months as part of their onboarding. While it mightn’t proving a Peig level of fluency it should give something better that 20%.

Robust, as in a bit of argy-bargy, or minor GAA football.

Barristers don't generate, they require Solicitors.

But I'm not sure any of the front bench has the wherewithal either. Lordy we awaken most days without the drama of the Tories.

Could be that the Duchy of Lancaster has bits tucked in between the crown estate proper. Those lands stayed with the king/queen.

One of the George's, I believe, I must look it up, devolved it on the Parl without wholly doing so. So it's neither fully one thing or the other. And got the Civil List instead. Yes, Geo 3rd, 1760.

I've heard an argument that EPSTEIN was adjacent to the Isrl secret service. I'm coming to that thinking the more that's been released. Sorta like Maxwell.

I was a bit sceptical about the community argument being put forward. But I looked on the site and their prices are reasonable for where it is, £40 for a main, and £8 for sides. || Isn't the crown estate a bit of a oddity, sitting between crown and exchequer.

The issue here are the costs, and if they can do it for Insurance that can darn well do it for Family Law issues. For they cannot Rule and create a precedent that might impinge on future cases.

Built by the 5 families & others ?.

Looks like there was more to it.
The back was attached to something.

Only works if their friends & acquaintances are the only people that had discretion applied. Any member of AGS will have friendships and acquaintanceships in their area. The real Q is WHO knows that discretion is available, and who to ask for it to be applied. Lets say a CoCo tenant wouldn't.

Hell being the belly of a Seal ?. Odd how Dionysus and human sexuality held for so long without too much examination. And curious how today if we painted a Scallop we'd turn it fan up.

We saw after 2008 new lenders into that market really need to head for the least risky cohort, with above 60% equity.

I lived for a few years round there, and it's all just a tad Surrey exclusive. Big houses, two acres, room for a pony, odd private schools. Leaving small fields, haggards really, echoes of what was. Better those fields were bought and turned into parks. Ludicrous calling it farmland.

I'd be more sympathetic if the green belt was more open access. But that wedge is little more than a golfing enclave intersected by rat runs to bypass the M11.

What did you use to leaven it. We can be fairly certain they had something.

300ish, out of 45,000. There may be a couple more to come out.

If the goal to reduce consumption we'd have dry June. And 700 words about the 1830s misses the reason why beer as much as Temperance did. People drank beer and wine because the water was riddled with parasites and bacteria for the accessible water table was little more than a sewer.

Good story of your Christmas delights.
Duck is hard to pair I found. The fats, and the mix of strong and delicate flavours. But duck liver is a different beast, would it work with a Château d'Yquem or a Tokaji for it's almost a savoury desert.

Venezuela holds huge reserves of heavy oil -tar really- that requires a $80-90 to be economic. We are at $60 ishy now. But Texan refineries are built to treat this stuff.

That is quite curious. Likely Garnet, pearls, gold and rather lovely drill work on teeth. Do you have a link to the piece in the KhMW.
