Avallen Mulled Cider

1 shot Avallen Calvados
1 bottle good quality dry cider
2 tablespoons of local raw honey
2 sticks of cinnamon
2 star anise
4 cloves

Warm everything in a pan until the honey has fully dissolved and pour into your favourite mug with a slice of fresh apple.
