If you find yourself sitting there in grief, and then find yourself doing something bad... and others call it out, that does NOT give you the rights to gaslight/guilt trip them and others cause you are grieving. Own up to your mistakes, dont stoop to a low you can never fix.

While in the grief area of life, you must remember yes that is a horrible time. BUT you can not use it to your advantage in anything. This isnt saying people wont be empathetic, and such BUT if you do something or think of doing something bad, you still need called out on that.

Grief is much like disabilities in many ways(not identical mind you), My disability does NOT excuse any negative actions I might make, or bad comments I might make in life.
I can not sit here and use my disability as a crutch in life, and neither can grief be used as such.

Grief DOES NOT give you the rights to gas light.
Grief is NOT a crutch for your ill actions in life.
Grief is NOT a end all to anything you might do that could influence a negative light on you.
