Handing So Mi back to the NUSA *seems* less catastrophic than having Saburo Arasaka come back from the grave as an immortal, and Takemura sounds like he might even be open to hanging out with you again! But still, poor So Mi... 😢

Most of your chooms have moved on with their lives while you've been in a coma, but that doesn't mean they've written you off entirely. And now V has their entire life ahead of them to try to rebuild those bridges, or just build plain new ones (easier when you aren't constantly worried about death)

I really wonder then if Johnny's fate is much different, between 'existing' as part of Alt vs. being wiped entirely by Arasaka / the FIA. Him pleading with you to not call Reed is a big part of me not wanting to do the Tower (also So Mi's fate), but otherwise I do think it's a good ending for V

I've always wondered about the ending where you let Johnny live and V goes off with Alt - do you think there's anything hopeful about that sort of existence? Becoming part of her, whatever that means, sounds sort of like losing the identity you are fighting the whole game to keep intact

I just can't bring myself to do the Tower because of what happens to So Mi and Johnny
