A core memory unlocked from my childhood today. It was my grandparents clock & it has been sat in a relatives attack for 40 yrs. My dad has rescued it, had it reconditioned & gifted it to me.

I am plagued by building work at the moment and all I hear is drilling, banging etc

I have finally deleted my X account after seeing all the right wing trolls & bot accounts supporting Trump & Vance for their outrageous behaviour towards President Zelensky.
I do hope those who voted for or Trump etc al are deeply ashamed, I doubt it though

In-laws asked as we sat down "how come you're both off work? Is it someone's B'day?"

Having team members working in rural areas is like trying to contact the afterlife some days. You would think internet & mobile reception would be reliable in 2024. I'm thinking of employing a medium just so I can speak to the team. #noreception #rural #countryside
