Nah you’re absolutely not, esp considering having proper help for the adhd symptoms is going to make getting a reg doctor more manageable! And fingers crossed you find a doc that *actually listens*. I could rant about that forever tbh 🙃 but yeah it’s a perfectly sensible route to take!!

(Aka I did it backwards but part of it was bc it was soooo hard to find a doctor with openings that I just. Didn’t.)

I literally had a psych + meds before I got scheduled w a regular doctor and the only reason either of those happened is bc they had online scheduling options so I get you. 😭 even then I struggle w taking em regularly. It’s not silly it makes sense for where your brain is at!!
