Absolutely. I liked 'Dot and Bubble' because it focussed on just one person at first. Then it flipped my expectations. I love stories like that. I want the Doctor to feel weird, mysterious and unknown. I don't want someone known as 'The Oncoming Storm' who is a legend in thousands of cultures.
