(So let me get this straight. In order to time travel in Kingdom Hearts, you need to get rid of your body so you are just a heart. You need to actually exist in the time you are traveling to. And you need someone to help you who has the ability to time travel and you can't change anything..agh..)

I spar with my Pokémon all the time when I used to get into the competition scene. I've tanked an Electro ball from my Emolga more times than I can count but I'm still kickin'!
