What could paw-sibly go wrong? Everything...

Fucking around and finding out sometimes doesn't lead you to good places...
Bubsy had to learn the bad way. Now, in an unknown little room, he's the subject of a bunch of mysterious, yet friendly captors, who cannot stop gushing about him, and his sensitive paws.
He lies on the table, caught in a hogtie stock, with one of the captors petting him (hey, even gave him a pillow! how nice!), while other two pinch his beans and abuse of his weakspot. In the background there's an audience that watches with glee (not seen).
Each captor is set apart by a color.
Lilac: Aww, what's wrong, sweetie? Does it tickle too much?
Cyan: Aww, poor thing!
Blue: Ooh, you really like it here, huh?
Lilac: Aw, don't worry, cutie~ We'll let you go...in a few hours!

The audience also gushes to the trapped bobcat.
Red: Aww, he's so cute!
Green: Hey, I want a turn, too!
Purple: Such a cute laugh!
Sky blue: look at those paws! so adorable!!

Everyone likes Bubsy's paws, it seems...
And Felix is no exception. They're both settled in the bed, Bubsy laying on his stomach with Felix sitting over his legs that are curled up, keeping them pinned and getting access to his paws. He looks back at Felix with a confident, yet nervous look, while Felix pokes at his sole and plays with his toe.

Bubsy: Ye have a really weird thin' goin' on with mah paws...Do ya have a "thing" or summin?
Felix: Well, you're the one that lets me do this. Plus, don't think I don't hear your purring~
Bubsy: ...touche. Just. Uh...Please be gentle, 'kay? (note how his tone gets more nervous as he speaks.)
Felix: Sure thing~

The "thing" in question is that it's so fun to tickle inbetween Bubsy's beanies! A fatal weakspot of his. He's buried his whole face onto the mattress, clawing at the sheets as he bucks his hips up (and Felix in the process), who's digging into said weakspot with a playful expression.

Bubsy: O-oh fuck- shihihit-!!
Felix: Ahahaha~! You okay there, Bubs?
Bubsy: Y-Yep, totally- It ain't- Ohoho shit!! Nopeiliedican'tdothisshitshitshit-
Felix: Ahaha!! Aww!!

Behind the dialoge there's bits of Bubsy's laughter and gasps, wheezing at the end of this slurry words.

Sometimes, even your trustworthy gadget might turn on you...

In an attempt to make his magic bag act out on any burglars, Felix ends up being the one trapped in a hogtie. He lies on the floor, frustrated at his current predicament.
Felix: Hey! You're not supposed to trap me! Ugh...! Let me go!!

This magical bag of tricks sure keeps to it's name. But it also thinks it's owner is a trespasser. It activates itself, locking Felix's toes in cuffs as four little hands start tickling his paws.
Felix: AHAHAHA~!!? Wahahait!! Whahaa?! What are you doing?! STOHOHOHOP!!

Oh no, not the flossers! Anything but that! It doesn't seem to stop anytime soon, and all Felix can do is laugh and cry for help that, for the time being, he won't be getting anytime soon...
Felix: YAHAHAHA!! NOT THE TOHOHOHOHOES!! EHEEHE! S-SOMEBODY HEHEHELP MEHEHEHE!

It doesn't end for these two, doesn't it?

Whoever captured Bubsy and Felix together seemed to have a special liking to their paws. Especially the size difference.
Bubsy gets the rougher treatment, with hands and hairbrushes, while Felix gets a softer treatment with feathers and fluffy ropes that weave between his toes. Their captors have a conversation neither of them can hear. (in blue and green).
Blue captor: Oh, aren't they lovely!
Green captor: And look at those paws! So cute!
Blue captor: Just look at that difference!
Green captor: so small, so big...
Blue captor: They make for a lovely pair of test subjects~

Guess we're in another facility setting.
And this time Bubsy's the dear victim. His arms and tail are strapped to purple cuffs behind him, whilst his paws are stocked, held by their big toes as several hands and brushes explore all over his soles. A voice speaks with him, their appearance unknown.
??: Tickle tickle~! Such adorable long paws! It'll be a treat exploiting them~

(Read, all three images have Bubsy in the same pose, but his expression, and the setting in general, changes)

The next tool? Vibrators. Six of them, that buzz and press into Bubsy's paws. He's no longer trashing, instead purring loudly, biting on his lip as he looks at the spectacle with a contented look.
??: Oooh, look at you purring! You like the vibrators a lot, don't you~? Don't worry, you'll have plenty of time to play with them~

Lastly, some sort of tool that simulates a mouth. Around eight of them kiss and trail their artificial tongues around Bubsy's paws, one of them sucking his toe; his response is a series of gasps and moans, his eyes rolling back and hazy, and his soles slightly reddened from the continuous stimuli.

Alas, my boy!! Who's in a bit of a p(t)ickle....

Our wonderful cat's in a bit of a pickle...

An unknown captor has him strapped to a chair and table, with his ankles tied to a pair oc cuffs that are held on the floor, curving on the table. Felix stares at the captor with defiance and annoyance.

??: So, my dear kitten...fancy telling me where you hid your magic bag?
Felix: Not. A chance.
??: Hmph. Stubborn, aren't we? That's okay. I know what'll get you talking~

The captor pulls out a pink feather. From here we see that their hand is purple (most likely a glove). Felix's expression is one of surprise, and slight nervousness.

Felix: Wh-What're you-?!
??: Hm? What's wrong now, sweetheart? Getting nervous?
Felix: You...you wouldn't dare...
??: Oh? What's the matter? You wouldn't happen to be ticklish, would you?

Things take a riskier turn, as the captor is using the feather on Felix's paw, which twitches as his toes stretch out. Felix bites on his lip, surpressing his giggles, despite his cheeks blushing.

Felix: H-HHGK—!!
??: Uh oh. I think I see a smile~
Felix: N-No, I- EEK!
??: Feeling talktative yet?
Felix: I-I'm not tellin-!!
??: Hm. Stubborn as always. That's okay. I know just the toy for you.

Oh no! Not the spinning brush! It perfectly covers both of the kitty's paws, while he throws his head back, no longer able to hold back his laughter. He squirms in his seat, but there's no way of getting out. Even his tail is wagging around behind him whilst he calls for help.

Felix: AHAHAHA!
??: Oooh, now that's what I call a reaction~ Enjoying your new toy?
Felix: N-No, I don't!! I-I can't- Wait waitwait NOT THEHEHEHERE!
??: Aww, I'm flattered. Now, I can't exactly stay. But perhaps a few hours on your own will get you talking. See ya~!
