Yeah, I keep hoping people will realize there's only-so-much you can do to protect the world from itself, but alas. I understand it's hard for politicians in the current social media climate to be "against protecting children" but would be nice if a workable solution were in place BEFORE it was law.

Technology in general was great before everything got "comfortable." I guess that's the downside of increasingly smaller and more integrated gizmos. Less room to innovate because cost/standardization drives it out of the market.

I've had exceptionally bad luck with overnight stuff from Amazon in the last few months as well, and you're right, three of the five times it was something being damaged, which they only acted on (let alone acknowledged) after I waited the requisite two days AND THEN filed a claim on it.
