Unfortunately not they ended the sale of it last year, they do sometimes do remakes of their older avatars so theirs a chance a newer version of that design might be made sometime in the future.

Some of the info can be found scattered throughout the policy page on the Sakura-con website (sakuracon.org/about-us/pol...) such as the info about lines, as for the registration info thats more from personal experience as I've attended the convention several times now.

Basically for Sakura con when you pick up your badge their will be a section for those with ADA needs where they should add a sticker to your badge, as for events and preformances there is a separate line for those that need ADA accommodations that are let in first a few minutes earlier.
