People really only bought it out of spite.
People who played it played it once and never touched it again.
Its not a good RPG. You cant be evil. And the ending leads to nothing.

E33 is a phenomenal game. But I think ONE game sweeping everything takes away from the awards being about a celebration of games. It just becomes a ceremony for one game above all. I think its lame to see one game get everything in a year of great games that deserve attention.
