Then we enjoyed live music outside in the field by Dave & Donna, who played both covers and original songs. And the waxing moon watched over us. Thanks to everyone who came by! 🫶

The evening is divided as such: the talk begins at 5pm and live music follows, starting around 6pm.

Music will be provided by a local duo known as “Dave Loves Donna.” The two have been life partners and collaborators for over a decade but have known each other much longer.

An intergenerational show including the work of 3 artists from the same family, mothers and daughters, with Japanese ancestry. 100 years of cumulative work and the first time these pieces have been exhibited together.

They all tend to lean toward the abstract, experimenting with form and texture.

The title is fitting, as each artist’s work is unique in its visual and emotional impact; three different “visions” but when placing their work together in the same room, the connections emerge.

In 1 month, the liquid will have absorbed the walnut essence, and we will then strain/sweeten our mixture. The final product will be ready on the Winter Solstice.
