You are absolutely right. And without those checks and balances, what can you actually do to him? The only thing we can do with the government we have now is to continue to vote them out to get those checks and balances back in place.

I think somet8mes people mean who in power, who that's has the actual power to stop this madness. Without the backing of those in power who will isten and act, all the marches and protests go nowhere. Thats what people actually mean IMO.
