When you take a synbiotic such as VivaBiome’s LC-02, you’re receiving a wide range of ingredients that work together to support optimal microbiome health.

✨✨✨

Moving forward, we'll be sharing more on microbiome science, and its impact on human health.

Below it is the word Synbiotic - combination of Probiotics and Prebiotics that work together.

Synbiotics ✨

A synbiotic combines probiotics AND prebiotics together in one formula, for a synergistic effect.

The probiotic provides beneficial bacteria, while the prebiotic helps to feed certain butyrate-producing species which can't be taken as a probiotic.

Prebiotics ✨

We all need certain types of good bacteria to produce an anti-inflammatory substance called butyrate that supports the gut barrier.

Prebiotics are special fibers that pass through your stomach to feed these good bacteria in your lower gut.

✨ Probiotics ✨

Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that you can take orally for good health.

They generate short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) that help support immunity, reduce inflammation, and can help with production of vitamins.💊

There are:

purple longitudinal shaped bacteria
pink y-shaped bacteria
blue and green log shaped bacteria
light green and dark green pill shaped bacteria

What is a Synbiotic? ✨

A synbiotic is a unique formulation of ingredients that support the microbiome in different - yet complimentary- ways.

Synbiotics are made up of two main components:

👉Probiotics
👉Prebiotics

Let's take a look at each, and why they're so powerful!

Sometimes the most personal challenges spark the biggest missions.

VivaBiome began with my daughter’s health journey- and countless hours buried in scientific studies in search of answers.❤️

VivaBiome was born out of a passion for advancing microbiome science to improve human health and resilience.

As a clinician and a mother, I was inspired by my daughter’s health challenges to explore how nutrition and microbiome balance could promote overall well-being.

I co-founded VivaBiome to share everything I've learned on this journey.

Now, we share research into innovative synbiotic formulations designed to:

👉Support digestive balance
👉Nurture beneficial bacteria
👉 Promote everyday wellness
