Does anybody have hacks for dealing with UPS customer service? After my friend’s ordeal trying to get them to return a package with all their money in it (due to being scammed) we had to pay a lot of money to fly to where UPS sent the package bc they wouldn’t send it back. Trying to get reimbursed

The United States gives approximately 6.6 million doses of MMR per year. Each single dose vial contains 1.76 grams of glass, rubber, and aluminum. Add another 3 grams each for the syringe and needle.

This one change will add 62.8 metric tons of SHARPS BIOHAZARD WASTE per year.

The MMR shot is safe and effective, and there is no credible evidence otherwise.

Breaking MMR into three shots means 3x more copays at the doctor’s office, 3x more hours of missed work, 3x more bummed out kiddos, and probably more than 3x as many kids who aren’t fully vaccinated.

I am pleased that we are following CALIFORNIA department of public health vaccination guidelines. Note: COVID vaccine will be given to 'all those who choose protection'.

As an ICU physician, I advise you to CHOOSE PROTECTION. I've seen too many bad cases.

Immune and inflammation pathways (e.g. IL-2, TNF) are key.

Larger studies on other inflammatory diseases are needed.

The HPV vaccine is doing what had been promised.
17 years after it became available, HPV infections decreased significantly in vaccinated people and unvaccinated people because of herd immunity. buff.ly/WvjQ1BS

Yes, prebiotics are a special type of fiber that humans cannot digest, but that important bacteria in the colon (like F. Prau and Roseburia) need for growth. Not all fiber can increase these bacteria though.

Fermented foods often contain probiotics which can support a healthy gut microbiome.
