Immune and inflammation pathways (e.g. IL-2, TNF) are key.

Larger studies on other inflammatory diseases are needed.

The HPV vaccine is doing what had been promised.
17 years after it became available, HPV infections decreased significantly in vaccinated people and unvaccinated people because of herd immunity. buff.ly/WvjQ1BS

Yes, prebiotics are a special type of fiber that humans cannot digest, but that important bacteria in the colon (like F. Prau and Roseburia) need for growth. Not all fiber can increase these bacteria though.

Fermented foods often contain probiotics which can support a healthy gut microbiome.

ER doc here! This is a lie. Wait times are up because the American healthcare system is an unsustainable business model and a for-profit national healthcare system just doesn’t work. A wide-eyed Boobook owl looks directly at the camera, wrapped in a fleece or felt fabric; black with amorphous white shapes (possibly pawprints and bones - suggesting a dog theme). The setting is indoors and while the background is very blurred, a benchtop and sliding window can be discerned with a blueish natural light cast from outside. The owl OTOH is in sharp focus in warm indoor lighting, with feathers ablaze in golden hues with streaks of white and brown. The owl's eyes are olive green, and the facial disc surrounding them is shaped like a heart.
