Oh, I know why they're doing this. There was a poll that showed that if the Alberta Party renamed themselves the Progressive Conservatives (thus bringing the PCs back from the dead), a lot more people would vote for them. The Ugly Confederacy of Pricks (UCP) wants to prevent that.
