I think the perception is "wow look at viv she's everywhere and having so much fun instead of working" when the truth is, I'm running on fumes and just trying to enjoy things when I can. Work literally never stops. but it's what I signed up for lol ❤️ but there are definitely limits

Sorry I know it’s not helpful to be negative but I also think people assume it’s all fun and games but in reality there is just so much pressure and pain behind the smile of a showrunner. Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still aim big! But I certainly had no idea. It’s good to be aware ✨❤️

The rewards can be worth it, and I can’t imagine doing anything else. But the last few weeks have been more challenging then anything in my life and sometimes you just want off the fucking ride. I think more people should know that. It’s not a simple thing.

I feel like people want to be a show runner cuz “omg dreams come true”. But really. It’s hard decisions, sleeplessness nights, a smaller circle of people you can trust, constant stress and anxiety. Pressure and responsibility you never knew existed. And you just have to fucking figure it out.
