Cuellar should not be able to seek reelection, but my understanding is that he has often voted with Republicans. He is an unreliable Democratic vote like Manchin and Sinema used to be.

I don’t know. Maybe he was trying not to be too obvious by appearing to target both sides. (That’s if he really is the bomber. I’m seeing lots of posts saying it’s not the guy in the photo.)

Wasn’t one of the early theories that the pipe bombs were planted to divert law enforcement resources away from the Capitol?

He did not personally see survivors but still ordered a second strike to make sure everyone was dead. What a waste of breath he is!
