Loved this! Like you, I’ve cobbled together a network of places to shop for different things. I lived in Europe for 13 years & discovered lots of recipes/ways of cooking that I continue to tweak. European recipes use far less sugar than we do & I now regularly use half the sugar, even in US recipes.
