One of my all-time favorite clips of Rob Reiner, from his Friars Club Roast in 2000, as he reads aloud Roger Ebert's infamous scathing review of his movie North. The man had an amazing sense of humor about himself. RIP.

We broke for lunch, and I noticed Barry heading off with his then-girlfriend-now-wife Susan. With them was this very attractive dark-haired girl. I was instantly smitten. I asked Barry who this beguiling creature was. He said, "That was Michele Singer." I said, “Really.”
