Will the statute of limitations still be in play when a new administration is in office?. If so, it seems more likely that a full pardon (inclusive of this potential crime) will be awarded versus a sentence commutation. Asha, what say you?

Perhaps the media should be referring to the "Department of Injustice" given the prosecution of enemies. They bought the Department of War designation, even though it is illegal. EO or not. The $$$ spent to retitle everything could be considered a misappropriation of funds.
