1) If fitness is the deciding factor of your value system, then I bet there is a huge mismatch in values.
2) I don’t think it’s entitlement. It’s what society has told us is more desirable.
3) This view point is definitely rooted in colonialism and whiteness.
But that’s just my two cents.

Sure, it’s part of it. But let me rephrase in hopes of clarifying my previous point. When you say that someone who isn’t fit isn’t taking care of themselves, it reduces health to aesthetics. You can be physically healthy and not look like you. You can take care of yourself and not have abs.

Ooof honey, this ain’t it. Equating fitness with “taking care of yourself” shows how you view yourself in relation to others, and it’s giving toxic masc for masc energy. Just say you think you’re better than the rest of us because you have abs. We listen and we don’t judge. ✌🏼
