One has to be a tool to buy a cybertruck — they are the Hummers of today — but the thing I fault this guy for the most is being queer person with Ukrainian connections who STILL apparently supports Trump and Musk. Buying the car is mockworthy but his continued support for them is truly deplorable.

Why don’t you think they have a vision for the constitutional order? If you listen to Ezra Klein’s podcast, he’s quite clear on that. Frankly, the constitutional order was pretty clear before Trump took office, so seems like there’s not a lot of debate on the proper vision of that on the left.
