Trump is wildly violating both WTO rules & the PTAs we have signed & ratified with 20 countries, & he's wildly abusing US domestic trade laws with ever-changing BS excuses about "national security" & "national emergencies."

Absolutely. The Atlantic’s 18-page(!) profile on him from 1983 remains forever in the “recommended readings” of my Russian Politics syllabus. Part tribute, part window into the challenges of parsing authoritarian information on demography and economy.
