In Beetlejuice, the titular character, who was over 600yrs old (based on dialogue), tried to force 16 year old Lydia to marry him; in the cartoon, they're best buds.

Close Encounters of the Third Kind is a perfect inverse-Christmas movie.
Most are about reuniting/reconciling with family, but this is about a man who deserts his, because they're awful to him during a mental break and, in the end, feels he needs to flee the planet to feel like a real person again.

Started writing a new thing a few weeks ago that I'm really excited about.
I haven't started something new in a very long time.
But. . .I need suggestions for good examples of series Bibles, I've never even tried to build one, so I'm not quite sure how to format it or what all to include.

Got a couple of dope pics out the window during my flight from Boston to San Francisco.
I know the first one is the Crescent Dunes Solar Energy Project. I'm not sure where the 2nd pic is, but I'm pretty sure it was also in Nevada though.

So, after driving 7+ hrs up to Sonoma, working for about 2 hrs, diving another 90m down to SFO, spending 6 hrs on the plane, then another 2 hrs on public transit, visiting with family for a few hrs, my first UberEats order not showing up, and my 2nd one missing stuff. . .I slept for almost 12 hours.

This show that I worked on for two years drops on Netflix worldwide tomorrow. I'm excited to see how it's received. This is the last iteration of Power Rangers made in NZ, where it's been an industry mainstay for 20 years. Nice review here from The Illuminerdi: theilluminerdi.com/2023/09/27/p...

Blue Beetle got a bum deal, I think it would have performed much better if it had been released in better times.
I really enjoyed it and hope we see all these characters again.

Watching Blue Beetle, the OMAC commercial was an homage to the Cyberdyne commercial in the Terminator 2 3D ride, right?

I really enjoyed The Creator a lot.
While I did find some of the plot points fairly predictable, that actually lent to building up my connection to the characters because of the anticipation of waiting for them to find things out that I had already pieced together.

I really enjoyed The Creator a lot.
