For that many people to die they didn't have enough clearly marked exit signs. Also people may have panicked and trampled people. Fire on the ceiling is terrifying. Prayers for the grieving families.

I was able to log in once TPC and get the reward. The next time I loaded the game I kept getting error messages saying it could not connect and the reward was removed from my game. I was never able to login in TPM. However I can log into the website.
