This doesn’t surprise me. I’m sure most of the taken in red areas. Of course, that will be exhausted soon enough and it’s all downhill from there.

People need to realize how important state and local level elections are. I live in Washington State. We have mail in elections. We can still do that even if the feds change the rules. With mail in you can easily bifurcate the process by having only federal elections in person.

Of course I agree that this response to Mr Klein is over the top. On the other hand our current lesson should be that the hard handed tactics we support overseas doesn’t stay there.

Don’t stop at impeachment. Eliminate the Department entirely. The essential functions can exist elsewhere with different agencies.

Of course this isn’t about training. ICE isn’t there to enforce immigration law. They are there to occupy a “sanctuary city”. They are operating exactly how Donald Trump wants them too. He’s been pretty clear about how he wants protesters, which he calls domestic terrorists, treated.
