But there's another dimension: men need to feel emotionally safe to be vulnerable, to share what it feels like to be them, without being shut down or seen as weak.
One member shared a story about a man whose wife told him to stop "crying like a baby."

"If you want that, you need capacity to handle those conversations without judging, fixing, or seeing him as weak. Safety goes both ways."
That last line opened something important. Safety in gender justice work often focuses one direction—& rightfully so. Women need physical safety.
