what am i doing wrong???????? i’m literally trying to work on my mood issues i do not understand

the past 3 times i’ve done it (twice with my mom, once with a friend) they have both claimed i’m getting mad/annoyed/irritable/agressive.)

i don’t see it that way at all??? i feel slowing down my speech helps regulate me???

it is actually worth a lot and i’m very grateful i’m just having an intense mood swing rn
