The tips are pretty important, if they are really bad they wont take the solder well and/or oxidize quickly (=^soldering gets harder/less fun). I never had problems with my chinese T12 style tips though. Just get a few different sizes and ready the reviews.

There are plenty of cheap Hakko T12 Clones on AliExpress. Those Miniware TS100 seem to be popular as well.

You can lookup the parts on lcsc.com if you need better filters and copy the lcsc part number to the jlcpcb parts form.
