I inherited a vinyl collection but am not actively adding. I appreciate the pops and crackles and find it to be a warmer sound than cd. The specific care a vinyl requires really helps break me out of my normal routine. I wouldn't say it's necessarily better but would compare it to eating a delicacy.

I am so used to pronouncing it like his name because of growing up with the show. I went to sing Major Tom by Peter Schilling and realized that he pronounces it the other way. It so messed with my brain.
