Insane work, wow

As soon as I gained some weight here in Argentina, doctors started to tell me I NEEDED to lose weight with no relevance to the medical issue I was facing, sometimes not even a medical issue just a physical exam to get a job. Medics can be fatphobic and they believe their own delusions (I'm a man).
