Exactly this, I need some specific tool to convert some data or something, AI helps me get that done in half an hour tops. But for anything big, or adding to anything big, its not ideal. I then mostly use it as a rudimentary reviewer before handing it over to a real person to do a real review.

Every time I hear a story like this, it reminds me that my bank (in NL) had 2 factor auth in the beginning of the 90s when we did banking by modem dial up into the bank directly.

Only with monospace fonts unfortunately. Ability to identify double spaces in any proportional font... now that would be a true superpower 😉

Mine is seeing any typo's in OTHER people's code in 2 seconds flat. Just not in my own code...

Yes... I have panicked a few times when something went wrong. I quickly learned trying to fix things when panicked will actually make it worse (sometimes).

As someone who is celebrating *checks calendar* their 21st work anniversary today (at my current company). The biggest thing I've noticed juniors do is panic if they made a mistake that caused an outage (or customer impact of some sort). Mistakes are easier to fix when you remain calm.
