What's going wrong? There are only 3-4 dials you can turn for PS settings, so it should be easy to figure out a solution OR answer "that's not possible" pretty quick. My wife is a huge fan of The Captain and Mike Peabody, asked me to 👀 to help as her Resident Tech Support.

Whiteboard markers didn't work for me (spray erased or just plain wouldn't write when wet), I got a grease pencil instead. Pack of 12 for like $10?
Pro Tip: toilet paper is somehow a better eraser than tissue or paper towel.
