Last year Dr Pamela Jenkins came along to our AGM and gave an incredibly interesting talk. Her wonderful podcast, My Family, Mental Health…And Me , is back a third series. This powerful series shares real stories from people who grew up with a parent who had a mental illness.

Today we are not only sending our first BlueSky post, we're also publishing our report on the ‘Your Views: Psychiatrists in Scotland’ survey that was carried out over the summer. This survey was open to any adult that had experience of care from a psychiatrist in Scotland in the last five years.
