I find tutorials for this add-ons. When it’s comes to setting lights you can test what looks good in cycles render. You end up with those as baking results if the
UVs work ! 🙏

Actually tutorials for lightmap baking are almost not existent afaik. But I can recommend the add-on SimpleBake for the baking process. And ZenUV for good unwrapping + UVpackmaster to create efficient atlases. Good Unwrapping / atlasing is the important part for good results.
