Here in Seattle it got below freezing for the first time last night. Yesterday we put away the frost intolerant plants and so many of them were in Spring mode. Buds on tulips. Strawberries ripening. Leaves on things that should have been dormant in October. It has been a lovely but worrisome autumn.
