I think that's the issue here, it's only as deep as you make it. I think people online talk deeply about all kinds of nonsense but it's not going to be around in a thousand years like the epics and philosophers of the past because it's not really that deep

He has a view of American media that is very reminiscent of the eighties so I totally agree it's a dead view but I think people miss the fact that this game is just mgs paperboy the story is kind of shoddy for me too

I agree but from a game design perspective there's only so much room, parenting isn't really fun it's painful and draining and testing but it's love, games are escapism and compared to other media videogames really fail on being deep even when they get close imo
