It has involved alienating people not only from themselves, but from their Mother Goddesses who created them. In our history and daily life, this manifests in oppression of women especially, along with men and children, under patriarchy; it is part of the same system.

When we talk about patriarchy, we're not talking about reductionist gender wars, or man vs. woman. We're talking about a system whose primary mechanism is to cut humans off from the divine feminine in each of themselves which makes them more vulnerable to control and manipulation.
