There are so many things about this movie that make it theoretically amazing, but it gets lost in a weird anti-videogames plot and is also somehow a christmas movie for like 10 minutes. Also they let Robin riff too much. Astounding sets and matte paintings though.

ill be the one to say skinamarink is both one of the scariest movies ive ever watched and one of my faves. i had paranoia every night for a week after watching it. i get why it doesn't scare a lot of people though, it kinda banks on the viewer having had a very specific set of experiences as a child
