You could perhaps also make an argument that housing prices only fell twice in that time period - falling for multiple years doesn’t have to be separate events.

As a rule, bullish. I think in the short term (next 5 years), we’re going to have bumpy times as we deal with the changes from the current administration.

I think the cult of personality has been a stronger attractive force than character for a long time. It seems like Trump is better at it than any other current politician though.
