hellooo bluesky! i’m here to post about alterhuman stuff. not sure how active i’ll be.
the usual labels of kintypes/etc don’t work well for me; vaguer, more fluid words like “shapeshifter” describe my experiences best.

i’ve been feeling very avian-ish lately. not exactly like a bird — a beak and arms-as-wings have never been something i’ve felt as phantom limbs, or even wanted. but scaly arms & legs? wings on back? long feathered tail w/ a fan at the base and tip? GIMME

sometimes i wish the alterhuman community were more unknown, like it used to be. i wish i could wear a theta-delta or otherkin star around without worrying about non-alterhumans recognizing it. ofc, if we *were* more unknown, fewer creatures would be in the community now.
