Found out Mom is now on Home Hospice. No more IVs, no more chemo, only essential medication.
I can tell she's kind of done and making peace with things.
No ETA on the time she has left, but this will likely be our last holidays together.
So...there's that.

After a good talk with my wrist doctor, we both agree that surgery is the best course of action.
It'll be a long process, but given my age and the fact we caught it early, it's better than seeing if nature takes its course and 10 years later I'm in a far worse spot.
So, next step: booking surgery.
