Had a £1300 bill for a smashed wheel after hitting a deep pothole.
Highways Agency have it all stitched up.
The hole was due and scheduled for repair, deep enough to do damage but not deep enough to make them legally responsible.
Hole repaired before we could go and measure the depth.
