I'm currently based in Ottawa and have a whole slew of hobbies! I craft in all sorts of mediums. It's easier to list what I don't do. When not at work, I'm crafting, tending to my animals, playing mobile games, and watching anime. Anything else, just ask!

I've got some new stuff to upload! If I remember to that is. I'll start with this:

One of my new favorite crossovers is My Hero Academia and Pokemon! I, of course, started with my favourite hero, Aizawa and matched him with Umbreon. I got to meet Chris, Aizawa's voice actor, but was underwhelmed.
Aizawa, a.k.a. Eraserhead from My Hero Academia sits cross-legged in a grassy field. He is barefoot and wears a black long sleeve shirt and pants. He has a grey scarf wrapped around his shoulders. Found an empty snail shell, gave it a new homeowner! This is Curtis! He is friends with Todd, the office spider who, coincidentally, also has a shell.

Yes, it is a reference to Todd and the Book of Pure Evil.

I made bunny earrings but they weren't done in time for Easter. I haven't done anything with them since 😑 the white ones were the first set and are generally a disappointment, however I realized the issue was that I'd made them too big so nothing was proportioned properly.

The 4th installment of "That Big D Energy" is here with "Dead Inside"! Absolutely cute and absolutely anatomically incorrect on every possible level! But it's fine because he's dead. This is part 1 because I had too many cute ideas to choose from!
"That big" is written in all capitals at the top left. The text colour is grey and the texture is chalk. Underneath that is a large block capital D. The inside is the same chalk grey, with a solid black outline. Following the D are much smaller capital letters that spell "ead inside". At the bottom of the picture is the text "energy" in all capital letters. To the right of the text stabs a skeleton facing slightly left that is completely anatomically incorrect. He has no lower jaw and seemingly too many fingers on his right hand (whoops). He has emo hair that covers his right eye and he's holding a black rose that is wilted and flopped over in his right hand. If he had eyes, they'd have black eyeliner. Do I forget this app exists? Constantly? Will I continue to forget? Most definitely! In the meantime, enjoy my newest painting... Until I post again! Drawn in a sketchbook, coloured and cleaned on ibisPaint X on my phone. Will eventually add to redbubble.

Making things you enjoy is fun! Making things that you love for yourself is also fun! So I painted my favourite Bleach villain, Ulquiorra, onto the old saw blade I felt it would look good on, and here we are! Painted with liquitex acrylics and coated with Winsor & Newton oil gloss varnish.
A circular saw blade with large teeth rests on an antler and wooden block stand which is described in the alt text of the second picture. Painted on the blade is a side profile of Ulquiorra's face, an anime character with white skin, short black hair with dark grey highlights, and light green eyes with darker green centers and small, black pupils. A thin green line runs from the bottom of each eye down the sides of his face like tear stains. He is frowning, with a thin black upper lip. He is looking to the side, at the viewer. He has a white bone helmet with a point overlapping his forehead. It cascades down the side of his head as plates, in layers, each with a small point at the bottom, and a larger point coming out towards his eye from the top. The background is a solid sky blue. The stand rests on a glass square of a computer desk. A small white tailed deer antler is screwed into a solid block of maple wood. It has 3 points, the first and smallest being near the base of the antler. It sits at a 70° angle, slightly outwards, and holds the blade behind it. The antler curves up into a much longer tine which sits at an 85° angle and is the back support for the saw blade. Jutting outwards and a little bit forwards at the base of the big tine is a smaller tine that sits at a 45° angle. The space in between the teeth of the blade fits perfectly over it. The antler has a rough, dark brown base and transitions into a smoother and lighter tan towards the tines. In the middle is a Robertson (square) screw head fastening the antler to the wooden black. The block of wood is maple and is a light tan, slightly darker than the antler. The wood grain curves in sync with the curve of the antler.

Just some cute little frog earrings I made!

Just some cute little dice dragons I made years ago. Green: 2019, Purple and Gold: 2017, Purple and Red: 2015. The purple and gold is my favourite.

My last painting of 2024. I repainted an old work where water takes the form of a wolf to go for a walk on land. While I did very few watercolour paintings between 2024 and 2017, I did a lot of work to be a better person, and the outcome is me choosing to put better work into the world.
A wolf with a grey and brown coat and a white belly is leaping from a small lake into a brown granite rock shore, the back half of its body appears as water. The sky is grey overcast because I'm too inexperienced and time constrained to learn dramatic lighting. A pink vein of potassium feldspar runs through the granite, ending in a little green moss patch. In the background starting on the left is a patch of coniferous trees with poplar trees further back. In line with that is a golden path of dried grasses and reeds with dead trees sticking up. Further behind that is a large brown cliff face with unclear layers of stone and dirt. The top of the ridge is lined with forest, with light green fading downwards into dark green. What is supposed to look like a wolf, but is very poorly drawn, with a grey and brown coat is leaping from a small lake onto a brown granite rock shore, the back half of its body appears as water. The sky is grey overcast because I'm too lazy for sunny lighting. Further into the rock , the brown gets darker. A small patch of grass or moss comes down to the bottom of the image. In the background starting on the left are some bare branches, followed by a small patch of coniferous trees. In line with that is a golden path of dried grasses and reeds that honestly just look like fire with dead trees sticking up. Further behind that is a large brown cliff face. The top of the ridge is lined with forest, with light green fading downwards into dark green.

I don't just paint, here are my absolute favourite frog earrings that I've made! Their little Jack o lantern faces stole my heart. They're lightweight, made from polymer clay with foil armature, available on surgical stainless steel hooks or clip-ons!

A super imperfect painting with greens and blues radiating from the center of the canvas and a horseshoe crab painted in the middle.
