My first suggestion is to get some scrap laptop motherboards and try to desolder some components. Then solder them back on. Use good flux, use leaded solder, use a solder sucker (Engineer) and practice a lot. Or try a Velleman kit ca.robotshop.com/products/vel...

It is *not* a project for beginners. The pll point scraping, the miniscule resistor you have to solder. It is hard. Very much recommended doing only if you have a microscope and only if you have a small tip, temperature adjustable soldering iron. And a QSB from Ebay is very recommended.

What I don't understand is why no exploit via the Xbox emulator is tried. I mean this is how the PSVita firmware is hack through a chain of exploits to escape the sandbox.

My bad, because I saw you starred it on Github I assumed you were looking into it. Is there any chance you will find another game that exploits "faster" ? I assumed the smaller the game the less memory footprint so less load on the system?

Honestly with all this mess I'm sure they can make a version that helps even more games but I think they cannot be bothered. Most probably they shove it under "licensing issues" while technically it is possible to have it almost perfect.

It's so strange that it reverts patches previously done. Is MS not aware of V1.0 V1.1 etc lol

Some questions: is a smaller game (Blitz is under 400mb) better to launch the exploit or doesn't matter? Do you believe other XBLA games will come that are even smaller with savegame exploits? It is rumored that Blitz exploits faster than Tony Hawk. Why is that?
